Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Recruiting Intern pay is $17.00 - $19.00 an hour. Mission’s culture provides employees a professional, safe and positive work environment with numerous opportunities for growth and success. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS</strong>: If you are seeking full-time employment with full benefits including; health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings program, paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation) and MORE apply today.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with the recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy</li>\n <li>Learn a full-cycle recruiting process </li>\n <li>Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking and direct outreach.</li>\n <li>Screen and qualify prospective candidates</li>\n <li>Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent</li>\n <li>Engage, screen and interview potential staff</li>\n <li>Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with Hiring Managers</li>\n <li>Drive the offer process including closing candidates</li>\n <li>Work with Human Resources to onboard new hires</li>\n <li>Input, update, and maintain, recruitment data and records using our applicant tracking systems</li>\n <li>Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize results</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Mission Linen Supply is a family owned, privately held company, and a leading provider of products, services, and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses.
