We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide overall management and direction of engineering, procurement, and construction of multiple complex multi-million-dollar projects critical to operations.</li>\n <li>Responsible for a wide variety of less significant projects managed by less qualified Project Managers.</li>\n <li>Establish and manage numerous diverse project management teams, providing policy direction, broad program direction, and establish priorities needed to integrate numerous ongoing area projects.</li>\n <li>Manage project cost, schedule, scope, and subcontract matrices, while adhering to quality, environmental, and safety objectives.</li>\n <li>Establish and control project costs, schedule, and technical baselines and provide effective management of project staff and matrix personnel to control baselines.</li>\n <li>Manage professional and non-exempt employees to include career development, motivation, performance review, and salary administration.</li>\n <li>Initiate and frequently deliver concise and accurate presentations to internal and external customers regarding project implementation plans, status, changes, and new approaches, including complex technical, organizational, and financial issues.</li>\n <li>Perform risk analysis and provide decision authority for approving corrective actions and establishing priorities.</li>\n <li>Manage project efforts to ensure progress is within schedule, cost, and budget.</li>\n <li>Mentor less experienced project managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of science degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or finance. (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li>\n <li>Prior experience as a Project Manager in a DOE or Nuclear setting.</li>\n <li>Experience with project management duties such as, life cycle cost, schedule, budget, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. </li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. </li>\n <li>Successful candidates will be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
