Lebanon Racket Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tennis Stringer to provide racket stringing services for our tennis community. This is an independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and a steady volume of rackets during peak seasons.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>String tennis rackets to customer specifications (tension, string type, pattern)</li>\n<li>Inspect rackets for damage and notify staff/customers of any concerns</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency and quality in all stringing work</li>\n<li>Manage turnaround times to ensure timely completion of orders</li>\n<li>Communicate with front desk staff regarding completed and pending rackets</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized stringing workspace</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience stringing tennis rackets required</li>\n<li>Knowledge of different string types, tensions, and racket patterns</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li>\n<li>Ability to manage workload independently</li>\n<li>Reliable and responsive with good communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>All stringing is performed on-site at the Mt.
