The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized police or security training preferred.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Two years of experience in related security position. Hospitality and/or luxury setting experience preferred.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Requires ability to use property's computer and systems to record, store and analyze information.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Valid drivers' license in good standing with clean driving record.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Hotel Californian provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
