We are a general service animal hospital and welcome pet patients needing routine medical, surgical, and dental care. We have provides years of experience treating serious conditions and offering regular pet wellness care. Beyond first-rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and calm.</p>\n<h2>Position Purpose</h2>\n<p>Come extern with us!Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.</p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Eligibility</u></p>\n<p>Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School</p>\n<p>Must be able to provide student PLIT</p>",
