This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Board implementation experience who is confident working with customers and ready to take ownership in presales engagements.<br><br>As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a key partner to Sales, leading solution discussions, delivering impactful demonstrations, and shaping how customers understand the value of Board.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Lead and deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations</li><li>Translate customer requirements into tailored Board solution designs</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by bringing real implementation experience into customer conversations</li><li>Own and drive proof of concepts (PoCs) and technical validation activities</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams on strategic deals</li><li>Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal development</li><li>Continuously build expertise in Board capabilities, use cases, and competitive positioning</li><li>Contribute to best practices, demo assets, and knowledge sharing within the Presales team</li></ul><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Proven experience with Board platform implementations</li><li>Strong customer-facing experience (consulting, implementation, or presales)</li><li>Ability to independently lead workshops and solution discussions</li><li>Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., FP&A, supply chain, operations)</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English</li><li>Ability to connect technical solutions to business value</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Previous experience in presales or solution engineering</li><li>Experience in enterprise planning / EPM / BI environments</li><li>Familiarity with DACH market and customer expectations</li><li>Experience supporting complex or enterprise sales cycles</li></ul><strong>Working Model</strong><ul><li>Location: DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)</li><li>Work setup: Hybrid / Remote with travel for customer engagements</li><li>Reporting line: Head of Presales DACH</li></ul><strong>Why Join Us</strong><ul><li>Take ownership of end-to-end presales engagements</li><li>Work on strategic, high-impact deals with leading organizations</li><li>Be part of a collaborative and growing DACH team</li><li>Opportunity to further develop into senior or specialized roles</li><li>Continuous learning in a dynamic, customer-focused environment</li></ul><strong>Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion </strong><br>Join a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
