As Spa Director, you are a hands-on operator responsible for strengthening the team, driving consistency, and building a culture rooted in accountability, care, and high standards. You’ll stay close to the floor, engaged with your team, and active in the local community—bringing the Viva experience to life in a way that feels personal, elevated, and consistent.

The Role
As Spa Director, you are the senior on-site leader.
You own business performance, team effectiveness, and the consistency of the guest experience. You lead from the floor, stay connected to real-time operations, and take full ownership of outcomes.
This role requires someone who can stabilize operations, build momentum, and elevate performance while strengthening culture.
What You’ll Own
Market Growth & Partnerships
• Build relationships across wellness, fitness, medical, and corporate communities
• Drive visibility through outreach and local engagement
• Grow awareness, bookings, and client retention
Revenue & Performance
• Own P&L and deliver on growth targets
• Drive service, retail, and membership revenue
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and utilization
Team Leadership
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team
• Set expectations and ensure follow-through
• Coach future leaders and build bench strength
• Create a culture of trust and accountability
Guest Experience
• Deliver a consistently elevated 5-star experience
• Lead in real time and resolve issues with urgency and care

• Maintain structure, systems, and compliance standards
• Oversee inventory and facility readiness
• Identify and prevent operational breakdowns
