We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in equipment diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, with a primary focus on forklifts and mobile equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role is ideal for individuals with experience in forklift repair, diesel mechanics, automotive service, agricultural equipment, or heavy equipment maintenance who enjoy solving problems and keeping critical equipment operating safely and efficiently.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and improving mobile equipment used throughout greenhouse and operational environments. Primary responsibility centers on forklift maintenance and reliability, while also supporting tractors, Motrec electric vehicles, tuggers, and other mobile assets.
