    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Primary Purpose of Job</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for creating, executing, and managing the roadmap for the Bank&rsquo;s online &amp; mobile banking initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Major Job Accountabilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as Product Manager for online and mobile banking. Regularly updates the Bank&rsquo;s online strategy to reflect the latest innovations, changes in competition, and shifts in the market.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborates with Marketing teammates to ensure appropriate brand representation and incorporation of marketing strategies as it relates to online and mobile banking.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilizes customer and channel insights to inform new products, services, and user experiences.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides input into the strategy, design, and optimization of the Bank&rsquo;s website.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drives efforts to produce tangible and measurable results to meet departmental and organizational targets/goals.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience Required&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years of marketing or product management experience.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Skills or Training</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience translating business strategy into executional plans.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in organic and paid search, retargeting, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, mobile marketing, and user experience is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience developing and producing content campaigns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience executing an ongoing social media strategy across multiple platforms, successfully demonstrating growth, reach, and engagement.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>EOE, including disability/veterans</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At American Savings Bank, we welcome and support all individuals and celebrate the diversity of our team members, customers and community.
