Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>What are we looking for?</b></p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<b>Senior Project Manager</b>&nbsp;will support the Building and Construction business by overseeing Environmental projects in the Salt Lake City Region. This position will travel 25-50% of the time as business needs dictate.</p>\n<p><b>Shift/Schedule:&nbsp;</b>Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)</p>\n<p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing Environmental Projects including but not limited to: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Environmental Site Assessments - Phase I/II&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Enforceable Written Assurance (EWA) reporting&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Remedial Action Plans (RAPs) and Remedial Action Completion Reporting under Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP)</li>\n   <li>Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Program&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Asbestos, Lead Paint, IAQ &amp; Industrial Hygiene Testing and Consulting&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule</li>\n <li>Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project</li>\n <li>Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationships with clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in related field such as Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences is required</li>\n <li>10+ years of environmental consulting industry related experience</li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated knowledge of Utah environmental regulations, site conditions, and regional industry practices</span></li>\n <li>Must be able to perform tasks in varying field/office conditions</li>\n <li>Must be able to operate most field/office equipment and software relating to one’s discipline</li>\n <li>Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Teams and Outlook</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 25-50% of the time</li>\n <li>Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record&nbsp;required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional Registration, PE, PG, and/or CIH</li>\n <li><span>Established presence or client network in the Salt Lake City market</span></li>\n <li>Past performance in completing projects according to Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ) programs (e.g., EWA, VCP, PST, etc.)</li>\n <li>OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Intertek: Total Quality.
