Support product manufacturing issues, process improvement and implementation of production control systems. &nbsp;<br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><ins>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</ins></strong></span>&nbsp;</p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Analyze, develop, integrate and/or maintain effective manufacturing methods to enhance and/or increase productivity.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide day to day manufacturing process support to production including but not limited to fabrication processes, tooling, machining, assembly, and heat treating.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Collect technical customer requirements and lead efforts in performing detailed analysis to create and maintain bill of material and manufacturing process documentation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Works with cross functional teams to determine manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide detailed support and oversight of new product introduction and project timelines as appropriate or required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Support process improvement initiatives including investigating and troubleshooting production, material or process problems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Apply continuous improvement methods, such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability or cost effectiveness.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the manufacturing launch of new product introduction including technical development, project schedules, goal establishment, execution, and results evaluation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Assist and train others in engineering production to support employee development.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\" id=\"isPasted\"><strong><ins>Position Re</ins></strong></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\" id=\"isPasted\"><strong><ins>quirements</ins></strong></span> &nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
