We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Low Voltage Systems) to join our Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who is responsible for driving and overseeing the design and execution of all IT, special systems, and innovations for multiple terminal projects. Provides oversight and guidance on the client's system integration requirements. This position will act as the primary IT liaison and airport/owner representative working closely with Information Management & Technology (IMT) executives and respective system owners.</p>\n<p>This position requires subject matter expertise of the various airport terminal IT systems, including network systems, for a comprehensive design, implementation, and commissioning of such systems. The candidate must demonstrate extensive experience at the system integrator capacity for passenger processing systems, terminal management systems, baggage handling systems, building automation systems, lighting control systems, aircraft guidance and ramp management systems. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, airline partners, the client's stakeholders, and contractors for the coordination of IT project activities across multiple terminals to ensure consistency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Primary liaison with ITM representative responsible for directing and managing the IT scope implementationPrimary liaison with CBP and TSA for IT infrastructure and integration requirementsReview and validate IT scope costs of implementations and system integrations</li>\n <li>Oversee buildout and commissioning of IT rooms, networks, horizontal and backbone cabling</li>\n <li>Coordinate with contractor(s) and IMT system owners for comprehensive and effective migration, integration, and commissioning activities</li>\n <li>Lead integration workshops until deployment and final commissioning of terminal systems, such as passenger processing, CCTV, access control (ACAMS), fl ight informati on, baggage handling systems, public announcement, Wifi, aircraft guidance (VDGS), emergency notification, ramp services management system, and new IT innovations</li>\n <li>Lead integration workshops until deployment and final commissioning of building/mechanical systems, such as Building Automation, lighting control, power metering& controls, conveyance monitoring, and FMCS at the central utility plant</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the client's cybersecurity team and the contractor’s IT system providers for integration into the client's ecosystem that meets security requirements</li>\n <li>Working with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop the overall planning of construction activities and identify critical milestones and priorities</li>\n <li>Ensuring all work is being performed with and inspected to the latest versions of plans and specifications, including approved changes, submittals, and RFI’s</li>\n <li>Working with the key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential delays or significant changes to the scope of work</li>\n <li>Participating in all necessary coordination meetings with the designer, contractor, and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Managing the closeout process for IT systems to ensure all documentation is completed as quickly as possible, and to efficiently close the project without incurring unnecessary costs</li>\n <li>Adhere to a safe work environment well above industry standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>15 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field required</li>\n <li>Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with projects with a value of more than $100 million</li>\n <li>Experience with various delivery methods, including </li>\n <li>Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build</li>\n <li>Proven ability to perform in a management capacity</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam</li>\n <li>Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with digital content management systems and other airport IT systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary range: $197,000 to $224,000 yearly</p>\n<p>Location: Los Angeles, CA</p>\n<p>Work Environment: Onsite</p>\n<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p><strong>Cordoba Corporation, Making a Difference</strong></p>\n<p>Cordoba Corporation is a leading civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
