          "text": "<p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>Forge Application Development &amp; Architecture Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Jira Cloud applications exclusively using the Atlassian Forge framework and APIs.</p><p>Architect and implement native Forge modules, including Custom UI/React components, Global Pages, Contextual Gadgets/Panels, Custom Fields, and advanced Workflow Validators/Post-Functions.</p><p>Effectively utilize Forge platform primitives, including Forge Storage, Custom Fetch, Web Triggers, Resolvers, Queues, and Event-Driven Functions to handle complex, asynchronous business logic.</p><p>Apply best-practice secure coding standards and scalable API design principles to all application development. Integration &amp; Platform Expertise Integrate Jira Cloud with external SaaS platforms and internal services using the Jira REST APIs and secure outbound connections via Forge.</p><p>Develop custom business logic, validation rules, and workflow extensions that precisely meet specific organizational requirements.</p><p>Provide advanced technical support and performance tuning for custom Jira Cloud applications, configurations, and integrations.</p><p>Collaboration &amp; Delivery Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.</p><p>Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and testing plans for all custom solutions.</p><p><strong>Required Technical Expertise Forge Mastery:</strong></p><p>Proven, hands-on experience in architecting and deploying multiple Jira Cloud applications using the Atlassian Forge framework.</p><p>Core Languages:</p><p>Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.</p><p>Frontend: Deep experience building interfaces using React (Custom UI) or the Forge UI Kit. Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Jira Cloud platform, including the configuration layer (Issue Types, Screens, Field Contexts, Workflow Schemes, and advanced Permissions). APIs &amp; Data: Strong familiarity with the Jira Cloud REST APIs and leveraging data effectively within Forge applications. Architecture: Solid knowledge of Forge authentication mechanisms, asynchronous processing, and event handling within the Atlassian platform ecosystem.</p><p>Quality: Ability to design, implement, and test performant, maintainable, and reusable code solutions.
