The nursing duties would include the provision of comprehensive care to children and adolescents, in outpatient setting; participate in pre/post clinic preparation; communicating with patients and families, including needs-based patient education; discharge planning; advocacy; identifying supply and equipment needs; and assist in shared decision making with patients and families, other allied health professionals and physicians.
