The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial operations and perform complex financial analysis in support of strategic planning, program execution, and decision-making. This role serves as a key advisor to leadership on financial and budgetary matters across multiple projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***Contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Lead financial operations and coordinate complex financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop financial controls, procedures, and forecasting techniques to evaluate program status and ensure compliance with government requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze program costs, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements</p></li>\n <li><p>Create and implement strategic approaches for monitoring and reporting financial performance across multiple projects</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee preparation of complex financial and administrative reports for leadership and stakeholders</p></li>\n <li><p>Plan and lead major financial assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend improvements</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as a technical expert supporting multiple project efforts simultaneously</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide guidance and oversight to junior financial personnel as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for leadership on all financial and accounting matters</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***Contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have an Active Secret Clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>BA/BS</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>7+ years of relevant experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience with DoD financial management processes, including PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution)</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with DoD financial systems such as DEAMS, GFEBS, or similar ERP/accounting systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience supporting budget execution, financial tracking, and funds control in a government environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of financial compliance requirements, audit readiness, and reporting standards within DoD organizations</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience working with or supporting Combatant Commands or large DoD organizations</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Technical Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Financial analysis and reporting</p></li>\n <li><p>Budget analysis and execution</p></li>\n <li><p>Cost analysis and trend identification</p></li>\n <li><p>Financial forecasting and planning</p></li>\n <li><p>Development of financial controls and procedures</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong communication skills with ability to brief leadership</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities</p></li>\n <li><p>Analytical thinking and problem-solving</p></li>\n <li><p>Leadership and mentorship capabilities</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Doral, FL</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>Travel may be required per the customer's discretion</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-SB1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***Contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
