We're looking for someone who wants to be a part of something bigger and shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Security Manager with daily department operations, shift leadership, and officer performance. </li>\n <li>Lead assigned shifts by deploying officers, assigning duties, following up on tasks, and supporting incident response. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the supervision of the overnight security officers.</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate key updates related to occupancy, events, VIPs, safety concerns, and property operations. </li>\n <li>Coach, train, and support security officers to improve professionalism, accountability, guest service, and policy compliance. </li>\n <li>Ensure officers follow department SOPs, hotel policies, emergency procedures, documentation standards, and service expectations. </li>\n <li>Respond to guest, team member, and operational concerns with urgency, discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. </li>\n <li>Assist with incidents involving medical calls, disturbances, suspicious activity, alarms, lost and found concerns, access control issues, and emergencies. </li>\n <li>Ensure reports, logs, and supporting documentation are completed accurately and on time. </li>\n <li>Maintain a visible security presence throughout public areas, back-of-house areas, exterior spaces, parking lots, and event areas. </li>\n <li>Monitor and use security systems, including CCTV, access control, key control, radio communications, and reporting tools. </li>\n <li>Support investigations by gathering information, reviewing available footage, documenting findings, and escalating concerns appropriately. </li>\n <li>Communicate professionally with officers, hotel leaders, guests, law enforcement, fire department, EMS, and other partners. </li>\n <li>Protect confidential guest, team member, and company information. </li>\n <li>Identify safety, security, and operational risks and recommend improvements. </li>\n <li>Support a department culture focused on prevention, safety, professionalism, accountability, and hospitality. </li>\n <li>Assist other departments as needed when security responsibilities are not compromised. </li>\n <li>Support the property’s POC/Manager-on-Duty (MOD) program. </li>\n <li>Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Security Manager or hotel leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED or minimum of 2 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li>\n <li>Experience in a comparable AAA Four Diamond/Four Star hotel or higher is highly desired.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment.</li>\n <li>First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language. </li>\n <li>Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>Experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time.</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. </li>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals.</li>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary range: $60,000 - $62,000/yr. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Application deadline: This job posting will close on 6/30/2026 or until the position has been filled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Li-onsite #hotelpolaris</p>",
