The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.&#xa0;</p><p>We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in contributing to the development and implementation of region-wide compensation strategies,&#xa0;practices&#xa0;and processes.&#xa0;This role sits within the Compensation&#xa0;Operations and&#xa0;Excellence (COE)&#xa0;team&#xa0;and&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;delivering data-driven insights, developing scalable dashboards, and providing technical analytics support.&#xa0;</p><p>This role blends compensation&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;with strong technical and analytics capabilities to enable better decision-making, improve data accessibility, and enhance the efficiency of compensation processes.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:   &#xa0;</p><ul><li>Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support compensation decision-making&#xa0;</li><li>Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;scalable dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI)&#xa0;</li><li>Create and manage high-quality, “single source of truth” datasets with strong data governance&#xa0;</li><li>Automate workflows and enable self-service analytics for the&#xa0;key stakeholders&#xa0;</li><li>Deliver compensation analysis and modeling to support program design and strategic recommendations&#xa0;</li></ul>",
