    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting Learning Standards Officer in Virginia Beach, Virginia. <strong><span style=\"color:red;\">This position is contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Evaluate training curricula, instructional methods, and trainee feedback to ensure compliance with Navy standards</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Develop and maintain testing procedures, assessment tools, and course materials</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Provide recommendations for curriculum revisions to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Monitor and evaluate course delivery to ensure compliance with Navy training standards</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Oversee the Navy Education and Training Command (NETC) End-to-End (E2E) process to ensure alignment with Navy policies</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Collect and analyze training metrics to identify gaps and recommend solutions</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Develop and implement criteria for instructor certification, evaluation, and sustainment</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Evaluate instructors and Master Training Specialists</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Ensure all instructors are qualified to teach in terms of instructional skills and technical proficiency</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Submit periodic reports summarizing training program performance, including recommendations for improvement</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Provide end-of-course reports, lessons learned, and student critiques by deadlines</li></ul></div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Secret security clearance</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Possess a Navy Master Training Specialist certification or a civilian industry standard equivalent</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Completed a certified Navy Instructor Training Course (e.g., NEC 9502, 9501, or 9518) or an equivalent civilian/commercial course certified as JIT/NITC equivalency</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Five years of instructional experience, per DD-214 document, course certificates, or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Experience in curriculum development, training program evaluation, and instructional systems design</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Strong oral and written communication skills; clearly writes and speaks in English</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Comprehensive understanding of the NETC E2E process</li></ul></div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>RMGS, Inc. is a growing small business headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
