Most implementations are cloud‑based, with increasing use of <strong>containerised and orchestrated environments</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Platform Implementation &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Implement, deploy, and support <strong>OneTick solutions</strong> across cloud and client environments</li><li>Contribute to the design and maintenance of <strong>scalable, resilient infrastructure</strong> for analytics and surveillance workloads</li><li>Support system configuration, upgrades, and production releases</li></ul><p><strong>Data Pipelines &amp; Workflows</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain <strong>efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading workflows</strong></li><li>Implement batch and streaming workflows to support analytics and monitoring use cases</li><li>Ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity across high‑volume datasets</li></ul><p><strong>Client‑Specific Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Configure and customize OneTick deployments to meet <strong>client‑specific business and regulatory requirements</strong></li><li>Develop <strong>client‑specific extensions and integrations</strong> on top of standard products</li><li>Work directly with client technical teams on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting</li></ul><p><strong>Monitoring &amp; Support</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor production environments, identify issues, and troubleshoot failures</li><li>Partner with product engineering teams to resolve defects and implement improvements</li><li>Produce clear <strong>technical documentation</strong> and operational runbooks</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate effectively with customers on <strong>technical and implementation‑related topics</strong></li><li>Participate in Agile delivery models, contributing across the full implementation lifecycle</li><li>Support knowledge transfer and training for client users and internal teams</li></ul>",
