You will manage group dynamics, foster meaningful relationships, and lead campers through a diverse range of activities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Be a Mentor:</span> Act as a positive role model for campers and peers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Your Group:</span> Supervise a group of 12–18 campers, creating a safe and inclusive environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate:</span> Partner with 1–2 co-counselors to manage group logistics and responsibilities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engage &amp; Execute:</span> Dive into all camp activities and support activity specialists in leading their activities.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dive In:</span> Assist with instructional swim by getting in the pool and supporting camper progress.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bring the Energy:</span> Maintain a high-energy, fun atmosphere every single day.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Age:</span> 17+ years of age.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commitment:</span> Must be available for the full season (June 29 – August 21) and required staff orientation        <span>June 19- 12:00-7:00 PM, June 21- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, June 28- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reliability:</span> Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Punctuality is essential for team success.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Previous experience in summer camps, after-school programs, or youth development is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Compensation &amp; Contract Details:</span></p>\n<p>We value transparency regarding our seasonal employment structure. Camp staff are hired on a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">contractual basis</span> for the eight-week summer season. As a seasonal contractual role, compensation is structured as a fixed sum rather than an hourly wage.
