This role is responsible for demonstrating equipment capabilities, developing customer applications, conducting training, troubleshooting print processes, and ensuring customers achieve successful production outcomes.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers solve manufacturing and decorating challenges through digital printing technology.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Application Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate customer products, substrates, and production requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and validate print processes for new applications.</li>\n<li>Conduct adhesion, durability, and print quality testing.</li>\n<li>Recommend pretreatment, ink, fixture, and workflow solutions.</li>\n<li>Create sample prints to support sales opportunities.</li>\n<li>Document successful application parameters and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Demonstrations and Sales Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct equipment demonstrations for prospective customers.</li>\n<li>Present technical solutions that address customer manufacturing challenges.</li>\n<li>Assist sales personnel with application recommendations and technical discussions.</li>\n<li>Support trade shows, open houses, and customer events.</li>\n<li>Produce demonstration samples and marketing application examples.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver operator, maintenance, and application training.</li>\n<li>Develop training materials, videos, and standard operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Train customers on printer operation, color management, workflow, and maintenance.</li>\n<li>Support customer ramp-up and production implementation.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot print quality, adhesion, color, and workflow issues.</li>\n<li>Assist field service personnel with application-related challenges.</li>\n<li>Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Document and communicate recurring issues and recommended solutions.</li>\n<li>Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain application standards and testing procedures.</li>\n<li>Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Evaluate new inks, coatings, substrates, and technologies.</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer success and product performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in digital printing, industrial printing, decorating, manufacturing, or related technical fields.</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Experience working directly with customers.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 50%.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with UV inkjet printing.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of color management, RIP software, and graphic workflows.</li>\n<li>Experience with industrial manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Understanding of adhesion testing, coatings, pretreatments, and substrates.</li>\n<li>Experience delivering technical training and presentations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Focus</li>\n<li>Technical Curiosity</li>\n<li>Problem Solving</li>\n<li>Communication Skills</li>\n<li>Project Management</li>\n<li>Attention to Detail</li>\n<li>Collaboration</li>\n<li>Continuous Learning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Measures</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer training completion and satisfaction</li>\n<li>Successful application development projects</li>\n<li>Sample conversion rate to sales opportunities</li>\n<li>Reduction in application-related support issues</li>\n<li>Customer production ramp-up success</li>\n<li>Documentation and knowledge base contributions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
