As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of <i>making communities healthier<sup> ®</sup></i>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>More about our team&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>The Emergency Department at Frye Regional offers:</li><li>Board-certified emergency medicine physicians, 32 patient rooms and 3 nurses’ stations</li><li>Behavioral health treatment and referral, including suicide threat and alcohol detox</li><li>High quality standards for treatment of chest pain and stroke</li><li>Sexual assault nurse examiners specially trained to provide compassionate care and collect forensic evidence</li><li>Treatment of major and minor injuries and illnesses</li><li>A helipad for patients with the most serious medical conditions to be airlifted directly to and from Frye Regional’s Emergency Department</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A&nbsp;<strong>Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I),&nbsp;</strong>who excels in this role:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Monitor vital signs/blood sugars</li><li>Assists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition</li><li>Measure and document input/output and weights</li><li>Assist nurse as needed</li><li>Answer call lights</li><li>Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge</li><li>Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient</li><li>Distribute drinks and/or snacks</li><li>Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment.</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why join us</strong></p><p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
