This position has a dotted-line responsibility for providing guidance and oversight to the Inclusion Support Facilitator. \nThe Case Manager works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to inclusion and support quality childcare, day camp and outreach programs where children aged 3.8 – 12 years feel connected, a sense of belonging, well-being, expression and engagement.",
