Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, demonstrating vehicles, and ensuring a smooth, informative buying experience.
Drive sales growth by selling new and pre-owned vehicles, prospecting for new customers, and leveraging referrals.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all inventory, including features, pricing, options, and evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
Execute effective sales and closing practices , working with management when needed and remaining profit-focused.
Build long-term customer loyalty through thorough vehicle delivery, clear explanation of features, warranties, paperwork, and introductions to the Service Department.
Meet performance and operational standards by setting monthly goals, following dealership procedures, attending meetings, and adhering to safety policies and assigned duties.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
A minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
Strong computer and software skills - we use the latest high-tech platforms.
A passion for excellence, attention to detail, and pride in high-quality work.
