Come grow with KMC Stampings!</p><p><strong>SUMMARY OF POSITION: &nbsp; </strong></p><p>This position is responsible for inspecting finished goods for defects, burrs, etc. as they relate to the KMC product standards and quality specifications. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p><ul><li>Examines finished goods and materials for cosmetic defects, miss-formed parts, burrs, and general KMC product standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Verifies specified dimensions of products using pin and plug gauges, attribute gauges, calipers, height stands, and other inspection equipment. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Rejects defective parts and marks type of part defect on appropriate container. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Package product to customer standards while maintaining an accurate count of the product. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform limited transactions in ERP system &nbsp;(Plex) to update and split off inventory levels</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: &nbsp; </strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education (GED) or one to three month&rsquo;s related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using basic inspection equipment including no/no go gauges, height stands, calipers is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using hand tools including files, die grinders, and hand drills is a plus &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Good math skills, basic reading &amp;
