At Cohere Beauty, we&rsquo;re here for what&rsquo;s next.</strong> &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Pre-weigher is responsible for providing support to the production compounding staff by pre-weighing materials for the purpose of transferring chemicals and materials.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>This is what you will do:</strong> &nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Pre-Weigher I</u></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Pulling stock or restocking raw materials and chemicals as directed by hand or using lifts, jacks, and tippers.&nbsp;</li><li>Return empty barrels to the utility worker&#39;s area.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep the Pre-weigh area clean and free of spills using mops, water hoses, brooms, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist lab and batching departments as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Consolidate chemicals to provide room for new chemicals or products.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with others.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Pre-Weigher II</u></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Successfully completes all duties of Pre-Weigher I, with little to no supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform duties safely.&nbsp;</li><li>Pull more complicated batches timely and accurate.&nbsp;</li><li>Surpass standard pull expectations with accuracy, regularly (more than standard 16-21/day).&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in training employees new to the department.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate RF Guns at an advanced level.&nbsp;</li><li>Willing to train in other areas and function as a backup to that area (e.g., Compounding).&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Both Positions</u></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>This is what you will need:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>&nbsp;High School or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>1-year High School chemistry or equivalent learning.&nbsp;</li><li>Intermediate math skills including division, multiplication, fractions, and percentages.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret measure scales and gauges including metrics.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to comprehend complex OSHA and safety regulations; MSDS forms; FDA regulations and GMP compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use simple tools and reason out basic mechanical and physical problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English competently. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform work on-site&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced level of math skills including analytical ability (preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Forklift license or training.
