Experience with complex behaviors or co-occurring needs preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span><br>Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership Skills</span><br>Able to lead with clarity and accountability while supporting employee growth and team cohesion.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Critical Thinking</span><br>Able to remain calm, make sound decisions, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication</span><br>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with individuals, employees, and partners.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Organization</span><br>Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br>Valid Oregon driver’s license (or transferable MVR), ability to pass a DHS background check, and completion of pre-employment drug screening.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span><br>Prior supervisory or leadership experience in residential or human services programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Be a Leader Who Makes a Difference</span></span></span></p>\n<p>Join Work Unlimited and lead a program where individuals are supported to live, grow, flourish, and triumph!
