Job Description Position Summary: The Finance Analyst supports the financial operations of a manufacturing recycling facility in Connersville, Indiana. This individual contributor role focuses on invoice reconciliation, financial reporting, Coupa audits, variance analysis, and executive‑ready slide creation. The position partners closely with Operations, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure financial accuracy, spend compliance, and clear communication of cost drivers and performance results.
