The best part is that you'll be joining a team of friendly, certified pros, and the rewarding feeling that comes with being truly valued and appreciated.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Lawn Care Technicians manage and grow a lawn care route that consists of 500 – 600 customers.</li>\n<li>Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications for our customers every 6-7 weeks.</li>\n<li>Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems.</li>\n<li>Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle.</li>\n<li>Safely operate and maintain the ride-on machine and other assigned equipment.</li>\n<li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lawn Care Technicians must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</span></li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service &amp; communication skills.</li>\n<li>Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and, in a team, environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lifting or carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing, and bend for moderate periods of time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>An excellent incentive-based pay structure with the ability to earn up to $30 an hour. <br></li>\n<li>Paid vacations and holidays.</li>\n<li>Medical, Dental, Vision &amp; Life Insurance.
