We are looking for organized and dependable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and supporting great guest service.</p><p><br></p><p>The Expeditor plays an important role in coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to help ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered efficiently during service.</p><p><br></p><p>We provide full coverage for required Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to service staff</p><p>Monitor tickets and help maintain proper pacing of orders during service</p><p>Check dishes for accuracy and completeness before leaving the kitchen</p><p>Communicate with kitchen staff and servers regarding timing and special requests</p><p>Assist with final preparation and organization of dishes for service</p><p>Support kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient service</p><p>Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas</p><p><br></p><p>Employment is at-will in accordance with California law.
