This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple enterprise applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing system integrations and data migration activities, and ensuring successful execution of project objectives.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT programs involving PLM, ERP, manufacturing systems, and enterprise integrations</span> within regulated or manufacturing environments.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead end-to-end project management activities including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risk management, and delivery execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive project governance, status reporting, risk mitigation, and executive-level communications, including steering committee presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage enterprise application implementation activities and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee system integration efforts involving PLM, ERP, CAD, labeling, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead data migration planning and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate functional and technical workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with business stakeholders to support change management, training coordination, and user adoption efforts.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">8+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience managing projects involving <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PLM, ERP, and enterprise system integrations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience overseeing data migration activities, including master data, product data, BOMs, documents, and related business data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of project governance, PMO processes, risk management, and delivery methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena PLM, Agile PLM, or similar solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product development, and quality processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial Manufacturing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
