Reconciles actual performance against plan and re-forecasts on a quarterly basis&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure plans are de-risked &amp; optimized. In doing so, identifies opportunities for improvement and solutions. Supports the development and justification of capital investment projects needed to execute plans and/or optimize/improve</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure there is sufficient data reporting and tracking mechanisms to compare metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to plan assumptions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops conceptual designs for drill/blast patterns and mining cuts as well as mine features such as roads, ramps, and dumps</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consolidates plans into concise reports and presentations for use in annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting exercises</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consults with geologists and long-range mine planners. Presents mine plans to site technical, operations, and management teams.
