          "text": "<p>The VP of Enterprise Architecture &amp; AI is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the end-to-end enterprise architecture for the organization. This role&#xa0;reports into the CIO and&#xa0;oversees all architectural domains—business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure—with a specialized focus on AI, intelligent automation, and emerging agentic platforms.&#xa0;</p><p>This executive will shape our multi-year architecture roadmap, ensure technology alignment with business strategy, and guide the adoption of modern architectures that drive scale, resilience, innovation, and operational efficiency.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy across all architectural domains.&#xa0;</li><li>Establish the enterprise blueprint for AI-enabled transformation, agent-based systems, and next-generation automation.&#xa0;</li><li>Govern standards, patterns, and principles across applications, data, cloud, and integration platforms.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with&#xa0;senior leadership to&#xa0;ensure technology architecture supports the&#xa0;technology investments&#xa0;and&#xa0;business priorities.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee end-to-end AI architecture, including LLM platforms, model governance, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;the enterprise technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.&#xa0;</li><li>Enable cross-functional alignment with engineering, security, data, and product organizations.&#xa0;</li><li>Govern platform interoperability, API strategy, microservices, and event-driven patterns.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee Responsible AI practices, risk frameworks, compliance, and ethical deployment of intelligent systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Drive architectural rigor in cloud adoption, modernization, and technical debt reduction.&#xa0;</li><li>Champion innovation by evaluating&#xa0;emerging&#xa0;tech and&#xa0;advising&#xa0;executive leadership.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale systems design.&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies.</li><li>5+ years in a senior architecture or technology executive role.&#xa0;</li><li>Deep&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;across enterprise architecture domains (application, data, cloud, integration, security).&#xa0;</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven success leading architecture teams and governing complex enterprise environments.&#xa0;</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.&#xa0;</li><li>Bachelor's degree&#xa0;required;&#xa0;Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
