We work mainly with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, but experience with other programs is valuable. This role involves shifting between various focus areas - marketing, affiliates, branding, content and UI design - while collaborating frequently across departments with experienced colleagues.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with our marketing, UX, product and engineering teams and share your design expertise to help make decisions on features we build, whilst practicing a collaborative mindset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work collaboratively within the design team and support the design team lead.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Design unique &amp; cutting edge promotional campaigns, while also being able to follow and build upon brand guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver final UI design, concepts, flows and components and help evolve our design system and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understand the business objectives and distil these into world-class feasible and creative solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be up to date on the latest industry trends and bring forward new findings and learnings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll bring: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in the gambling industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must have: An understanding of sportsbetting and sportsbook products </span><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">(applicants without this requirement will not be considered). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">An understanding of sportsbetting and casino affiliates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on design experience on sportsbook and casino products, focused on UI and visual aspects of digital products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You have an 'Can-do' attitude, always deliver on time and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You have an excellent understanding of visual and user-centred design, and how design can meet brand, business and strategic objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You are ‘Pixel Perfect’ have an exceptional attention to detail, visual hierarchy and precise eye for typography, layout and branding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You have a keen interest in current trends in design and communications and the ability to spot opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A true pro in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and experience in at least one of the main UI tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
