    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic knowledge and practical experience in at least one of listed technologies / programming languages: Python, IronPython Script, SQL. </span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with JavaScript, KnockOutJS, Java, Groovy will be considered as a bonus;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of software development process;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analytic mindset with problem-solving skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and in a team;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work towards strict deadlines;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of customer support principles with a focus on clients’ needs and inquiries, to follow time management skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good organizational skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a capability to explain and present.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desire and ability to learn new technologies and business processes that would be beneficial to CLARITY and follow provided career roadmap. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to project delivery framework selected for CLARITY, projects;</li>\n<li>Understand technical requirements;</li>\n<li>Enhance standard functionality and develop new features using systems configurations module, and relevant technologies/programming languages as per agreed technical requirements;</li>\n<li>Follow development guidelines, best practices and consultant’s and senior consultant’s recommendations when working on the solution delivery;</li>\n<li>Test implemented solutions to ensure its defect less quality and high level of maintainability;</li>\n<li>Write technical documentation for implemented solutions using agreed template;</li>\n<li>Notify project team and/or project manager in case of any impediments or blockers that were raised during solution implementation;</li>\n<li>Corporate with the team delivering all requested information both: oral and written<br></li>\n</ul>",
