Are you looking for an opportunity to independently service a territory with the ability to spend most of that time outdoors? The BFC Solutions team is excited to meet you to explore a Filter Technician role open in teh Boston region! This position may potentially travel overnight in this region one week (Monday night through Thursday night) per month. As a Filter Tech you will enjoy the following benefits: Monday- Friday workday, plus overtime as needed Competitive pay of $23-24/hour Weekly paycheck Company take-home vehicle Company phone The BFC benefits package includes: Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with employer matching 8 paid holidays Paid time off Multiple opportunities for career advancement As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review). Must live within 40 miles of the designated region. Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders. Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements. Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Proven success working independently with remote supervision. Must be willing and able to work overtime as required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Overnight travel required during peak times. Meals and accommodation are paid for by the company. Additional details are to be provided during your interview with the hiring manager.
