In time, this individual may transition to a role as a GM integrator, serving as a right hand person to the CEO.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the following accountabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Clinic Operations-</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Lead clinic operations and administrative functions, ensuring a high standard of efficiency and patient experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Financial Performance-</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Owns the clinic P&amp;L and is accountable for achieving site revenue and profit targets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Team Development-</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintaining a motivated, engaged &amp; effective team, and creates a culture of collaboration and accountability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Relationships</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">-Build excellent relationships with team members and physicians</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Planning</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">-Plans site operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Performance Evaluation-</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Evaluates employee performance; places emphasis on employee development </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Analysis</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">-Interpret and track P&amp;L statements, budgets, and operational spending</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Reporting</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">-Provide reports on progress and activities </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Patient Excellence</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">-Ensures high level of patient care and satisfaction by continually improving service levels</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Minimum 3 years experience in an operations leadership role, ideally within a fast paced clinical environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Post-secondary education; education in healthcare administration or business is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Experience in the Ophthalmology and Optometry sectors is a definite asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Exceptional presentations skills and ability to build rapport with key leadership level stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">A high level of urgency and strong attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Excellent organizational and time management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Preference and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></li>\n</ul>",
