font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment that supports early childhood development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject (copy of diploma or official transcript required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Three (3) or more years of K–12 teaching experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Documentation of qualifications to teach K–12 subjects (certifications, professional development, curriculum training, etc.)</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Note: Pre-K experience and certifications alone do not meet this requirement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;
