By joining our team, you’ll contribute to our shared mission of protecting global industrial operations and shaping the future of environmental stewardship.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising shop employees within a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position pro-actively plans and assigns work, continuously implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Effectively balances work across multiple (>20) simultaneous projects of varying complexity.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<p>• Supervises shop floor personnel through the manufacturing process.</p>\n<p>• Ensures full utilization of equipment, materials, and personnel to achieve maximum output.</p>\n<p>• Coordinates with Scheduler/Planner to meet customer demands and ship dates.</p>\n<p>• Responsible for training of personnel, safety, general maintenance of plant and machinery, reviews/assessments.</p>\n<p>• Processes all production schedule paperwork generated by Planning/Engineering issued to the shop floor.</p>\n<p>• Responsible for meeting all key manufacturing metrics, such as Product Efficiency, Product Quality Performance, Cost of Product Quality (COPQ), On Time Delivery (OTD), and Environmental Health Safety and Security metrics.</p>\n<p>• Manages a diverse production workforce consisting of welders, machine operators and filter assembly employees. Applies course corrective guidance while maintaining positive workplace culture.</p>\n<p>• Supports Project Managers to ensure projects are produced within budget.</p>\n<p>• Ensure that day-to-day transactions of inventory, factory orders and routes are completed with accuracy.</p>\n<p>• Develops and manages a Welder Workmanship Program, knowledge in weld symbols, processes and drawing interpretations to train new and seasoned welders.</p>\n<p>• Other job duties as required.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management; preferred.</p>\n<p>• Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Process Improvement experience; required.</p>\n<p>• Familiarity using ERP systems (D365 preferred) to perform production tracking and materials management.</p>\n<p>• Knowledge in welding processes; required.</p>\n<p>• Production safety, inventory management and manufacturing procedures experience; required.</p>\n<p>• 5-10 years or more related Production Supervisor in welding mfg. environment; required.</p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>• May involve some travel</p>\n<p><strong>ADA Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>This is largely a sedentary role; however, some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Prolonged periods standing up and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p>\n<p>• Warehouse environment, climate control, and able to move around.</p>\n<p>• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.</p>\n<p>• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p>• May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet production deadlines.</p>\n<p>• Physical presence on the production floor is required.</p>\n<p>• Compliance with company attendance standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We Offer: </strong></p>\n<p>We provide a variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage, Employee 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and much more.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At CECO, we are committed to a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
