          "text": "<p>The Master Planner &amp; Scheduler will be responsible for establishing and executing a Master Plan and a weekly production plan for product lines by converting demand (Forecast, Customer orders, &amp; make-to-stock orders) into a feasible production plan.&#xa0; This role is critical to ensure that production milestones and KPI’s are met.&#xa0; This role contributes significantly to the overall success of the manufacturing operations.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Train as a backup to the manager on key planning areas.</li><li>Develop and maintain the planning and scheduling of production orders to ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining timely customer delivery.</li><li>Monitor and report on production progress, operational efficiency, and variances to the planned production schedule.</li><li>Work closely with departments such as production, sales, and inventory management.</li><li>Address production issues, such as equipment downtime or material delays, and adjust schedules to maintain efficiency.</li><li>Generate reports on production progress, machine loads, and scheduling performance for management review.</li><li>Function as backup to other Schedulers when deemed necessary to keep the Material Group proactive.</li><li>Follow all defined safety practices and procedures.</li><li>Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.</li><li>Perform other duties as required.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",

APIC’s or ASCM exposure is a plus.</li><li>Ability to read, write, solve problems, and perform basic math calculations.</li><li>Good computer knowledge that includes Microsoft Office and other database software.</li><li>Experience using ERP or Scheduling systems.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in understanding Capacity Constraints, Finite and Infinite scheduling.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments and resolve conflicts.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules, and adapt to changing production demands.</li><li>Regular attendance at work is required.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
