    "description": "<p>Seeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York, Lancaster, Columbia PA area.</p>\n<p><br>Essential Functions of the Job:</p>\n<p>--Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility</p>\n<p>--Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors</p>\n<p>--Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely</p>\n<p>--Conduct RCA for defective material and non-compliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions</p>\n<p>--Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CI's</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desired Education and Experience:</p>\n<p>--Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation</p>\n<p>--Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits</p>\n<p>--Good leadership and interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>--Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
