    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Responsible for working with all the members of the Customer Advancement team to deliver ServicePlus training. ServicePlus customers are looking to expand their use of the CensiTrac software and often need advanced level of training to reach their goals. This position requires creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills along with a good working knowledge of the sterile processing department and CensiTrac. Communication with all other departments is a critical part of this role. This positions also requires strong interpersonal skills along with the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to deliver solutions to the customers on time.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>The Clinical Trainer will assist the Clinical Educators in the continual improvement efforts of the department including current and ongoing training documents and supporting material to assist training efforts.&nbsp;The Clinical Trainer will participate in educational activities that support Censis personnel, partners, customers, and potential customers.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Specific Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Develop in-depth understanding of the CensiTrac product suite; a SaaS-based, end to end solution.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for executing training on all features and benefits to CensiTrac for ServicePlus customers.</span></li><li><span>Complete all required ServicePlus documentation (e.g., training plans, reports, training checklists)</span></li><li><span>Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical client resources.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Provides demonstrations and in-services at client sites.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Maintain knowledge of equipment, products, and systems related to the sterile processing profession.</span></li><li><span>Think creatively and actively provide solutions to assist customers in utilizing the Censis product suite to its fullest potential.</span></li><li><span>Provide positive customer service and maintain professional acuity in representing Censis provided products.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Identify and communicate installation problems, software bugs and/or vital software modifications to internal Censis teams.</span></li><li><span>Build passion and excitement for Censis products.</span></li><li><span>Participate in Censis educational events</span></li><li><span>Actively participates in and contributes to Clinical Team activities, such as team meetings, in-service training, troubleshooting, Teams Chat, etc.</span></li><li><span>Internal support of other departments as required / assigned; performs other duties as required.</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate travel expense records for timely submission.&nbsp;</span></li><li><p><span>Requires travel up to 75%</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><span><strong>Required</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 1-year experience in a Sterile Processing department</span></li><li><span>Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 1 year experience using or implementing CensiTrac</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms</span></li><li><span>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and common software products</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Education:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
