          "text": "<p>We are seeking Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mixer Operator, you will be required to:</p><ul><li>Mix batches of ink as directed by the supervisor.</li><li>Provide&#xa0;batch samples to QC as needed and make&#xa0;any additions as directed.&#xa0;</li><li>Test&#xa0;and track the temperature of the batch when needed.&#xa0;</li><li>Deliver&#xa0;batches to mill staging areas as directed.</li><li>Dispose&#xa0;of dirty solvent and notify the supervisor that this has been completed.</li><li>Label&#xa0;solvent tubs for cleaning mixers as “Flammable” and keep&#xa0;them grounded at all times.&#xa0;</li><li>Properly maintain&#xa0;mixers as directed, including lubrication, and notify&#xa0;the&#xa0;supervisor of any mechanical defects.</li><li>Change the mixer blades when needed.</li><li>Use the required protective equipment (dust mask, gloves, apron, glasses, etc.).</li><li>Follow safety rules at all times.</li></ul>",
