MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six years of experience in office operations administration OR a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and two years of office operations administration or related experience. Supervisory experience is required. Experience with various personal computer software applications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency Experience creating presentations and newsletters Familiarity with Teams and SharePoint Basic use of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for writing and workflow support Supports departmental success through strong administrative leadership, communication, and effective use of technology. NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
