</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>2) Previously a Licensed Reactor Operator or Licensed Senior Reactor Operator at a commercial reactor with at least 1.5 years of experience in the position; </span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>3) Qualified Reactor Operator (RO), Engineering Watch Supervisor (EWS), Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor (PPWS), or Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) on a military reactor for a minimum of 2 years; </span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>4) Bachelor</span><span>’s</span><span><span> </span>degree with a minimum of 1.5 years of nuclear power plant experience; </span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>5) Previously Certified Senior Reactor Operator at another site or currently Certified Senior Reactor Operator at Callaway with at least 2 years of experience in the position.</span></span><span>​</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>I</span><span>n addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> ​<span>​</span><span><span>​</span><span><span>Good leadership, decision-making,<span> </span></span><span>communication</span><span><span> </span>and human relations skills are required. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered.
