    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Lead Cloud Platform Engineer</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on <strong>Lead Cloud Platform Engineer</strong> to lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Intelex’s cloud platform. This role serves as the <strong>technical leader within Cloud Operations</strong>, responsible for translating architectural designs into scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Architecture team while owning the <strong>practical execution, operability, and optimization</strong> of the platform.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the implementation of cloud platform designs across infrastructure, networking, security, automation, and observability</li><li>Partner with the Architecture team to review proposed designs, provide implementation and operability feedback</li><li>Translate architectural direction into production‑ready solutions with focus on reliability &amp; resilience, performance &amp; scalability, and cost efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with CloudOps and Engineering teams on roadmap execution and platform improvements</li><li>Drive infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation through standardized Terraform modules, pipelines, and platform tooling to improve consistency, security, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the technical escalation point for complex cloud and platform issues</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles supporting production SaaS environments&nbsp;</li><li>Deep hands-on expertise with AWS (primary) and Azure&nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience implementing networking (VPCs, routing, firewalls, VPNs), storage (EBS, S3, FSx, etc.), compute and container platforms (ECS, EKS)</li><li>Advanced Terraform expertise, including module design and governance&nbsp;</li><li>Strong CI/CD and automation experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy)&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, Azure Monitor)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex production environments&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle)</li><li>B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li><li>AWS Solutions Architect certification, preferably Professional</li></ul>",
