          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Talent acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.</p><p><strong>What You’re Responsible For:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.</li><li>Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.</li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs.</li><li>Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.</li><li>Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.</li></ul>",
