The Foreman role supports this by leading crew operations and ensuring daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules. &nbsp;The Foreman will work closely with the Superintendent and other team leads to coordinate activities and meet operational goals.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Scheduling</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of project schedules based on equipment delivery timelines and workforce needs.</li><li>Monitor crew assignments and team loading, providing input to ensure proper workforce allocation for project tasks.</li><li>Assist in confirming equipment deliveries and notify the Superintendent of any potential delays.</li></ul><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><ul type=\"square\"><li>Coordinate shop floor activities with the Superintendent, ensuring team tasks align with production goals.</li><li>Identify and implement improved methods of production. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to talk or listen and frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
