The Mental Health Professional (MHP) provides community-based case management services to adults with severe mental illness using Trauma-Informed Care principles. Under the supervision of a Licensed or Qualified Mental Health Professional, the MHP completes assessments, assists with treatment planning, monitors client progress, and provides crisis intervention as needed.<strong></strong></p>\n<p>The MHP collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client recovery. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role. </p>",
