Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Position Title: Clinical Assistant/ Foreign Medical Graduate required</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job summary: The Clinical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist providers with day-to-day tasks, including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Taking notes during patient consultations</p></li>\n   <li><p>Updating and maintaining accurate medical records</p></li>\n   <li><p>Monitoring and recording patients’ vital signs</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Support physicians in delivering high-quality, personalized patient care</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient patient visits</p></li>\n <li><p>Travel between various divisions and sites within the New York City area as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness before and after visits</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate effectively with patients to provide instructions and answer basic questions</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company compliance standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care</p></li>\n <li><p>Report any concerns regarding patient health or safety to the appropriate provider</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical Graduation (International or National) Passed portions of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) </li>\n <li>Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduate (ECFMG) </li>\n <li>Excellent Customer services </li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Passion to help others and ensure patients are receiving proper care </li>\n <li>Team player</li>\n <li>Clinical Knowledge</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable with EMR navigation- preferably e-Clinical works Computer savvy/ Excel, Adobe, Word, PowerPoint </li>\n <li>Graduated from a foreign medical school </li>\n</ul>\n<p>$16.00-$18.00 an hour</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
